Our cancellation conditions:

  • are only valid in writing. Free cancellation is possible to 30 days before arrival
  • If you cancel in the 30 days before the arrival we charge 100 % cancellation costs

 

Our cancellation conditions group booking:

  • are only valid in writing.
  • a deposit of 50% is required to secure your group booking.

We ask for a transfer within the next 5 days to the following account free of charge:

In the event of cancellation up to 60 days before arrival, no cancellation fees will be charged.
In the event of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, we keep the deposit as a cancellation fee.
In case of cancellation within 30 days before arrival, 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

We will issue a total invoice to your desired address 10 days before arrival. Please tell us exactly which
desired type of accounting.

We ask that you settle the bill in advance upon receipt.
Subsequent changes are very time-consuming and will be charged with a manipulation fee of € 30.00.

If you need individual invoices, please let us know in good time and provide a detailed description
mailing list. A manipulation fee of € 30.00 is also charged here for subsequent changes.

Payment: in advance after receipt of invoice via bank transfer
Accepted means of payment: cash, debit card, Mastercard/Eurocard, Visa

We ask that you provide your credit card details within the next 48 hours:

  • Card type (no American Express)
  • Cardholders
  • Card number
  • Expiry Date
  • CVC (rear)

The invalidity of any provision of these General Terms and Conditions shall not affect any other part thereof. An invalid provision shall be replaced by a legal provision very near to its economic context. The same shall apply for any gaps in the contract. The correction of errors, esp. In calculation or typing in written offers, confirmations by the proprietor shall be reserved. Deviations and supplements shall be made in writing.

We recommend a cancellation insurance!

The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry(AGBH) - WKO shall apply.
