The guest is fully liable for willfully caused damage. He is obliged to treat the lodging with due care.The proprietor is not liable for the guests‘ property nor their personal damage. Payment is due on the day of departure at the latest.
Check-in is only possible between 2 p.m. and 7 p.m.
On the day of arrival, rooms are ready for occupancy from 2 p.m. onwards.
If you arrive earlier, we recommend parking your car at the Rendlbahn car park (subject to a charge!).
Please note that only one parking space is available per unit!
If you require a different check-in time, please contact us in advance by telephone.
Check-out: by 10:00 on the day of departure
Ideally, you should contact us a few days before arrival and let us know your estimated time of arrival and the number of parking spaces you will need.
You would also be doing us a big favour by letting us know by telephone if you are going to arrive late.

The invalidity of any provision of these General Terms and Conditions shall not affect any other part thereof. An invalid provision shall be replaced by a legal provision very near to its economic context. The same shall apply for any gaps in the contract. The correction of errors, esp. In calculation or typing in written offers, confirmations by the proprietor shall be reserved. Deviations and supplements shall be made in writing.
